These terms govern your use of Mo2Production and any orders you place with us.
1. About us
Mo2Production Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. A contract is formed once we confirm your order.
3. Personalised products
Photo prints, canvas and passport photos are made to order from the files you supply. You confirm you own the rights to any images uploaded.
4. Cancellations & returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period unless faulty. Faulty items will be reprinted or refunded.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
